Friends of the Petrie Museum Book Auction 2025

Join us on Zoom this year for our live auction of Egyptology and Egyptian archaeology books. There are specialist publications, out of print books, collectible editions and books that you definitely need to own, as well as some great books at bargain prices.

We offer the usual broad mix of ancient Egyptian titles to provide everyone with interesting reading for the rest of the year.

Joining the auction is easy:

If you have already received PMF book auction lists in the past, you will automatically receive the complete list and bidding procedure about 3 weeks before the live auction. 

First time bidders or anyone who has changed their email since the last auction will need to register by emailing petriebooks@friendsofpetrie.org.uk with SUBSCRIBE in the subject line and will then receive the book list and updates by email.

Good luck, and looking forward to seeing you at the auction. All proceeds support research and conservation projects in the Petrie Museum.

VAT AND POSTAGE. Please remember that there will be postage/shipping costs to add to the final invoice. You will also need to pay any VAT/sales tax due on books in your country of residence (0% in the UK) when the books arrive.
