LIVE ZOOM AUCTION TUESDAY 24th FEBRUARY 2026
Join us on Zoom for our live auction of Egyptology and Egyptian archaeology books. There are specialist publications, out of print books, collectible editions and books that you definitely need to own. As well as some great books at bargain prices.
We offer the usual broad mix of ancient Egyptian titles to provide everyone with interesting reading for the rest of the year.

Joining the auction is easy:
If you have already received PMF book auction E-lists in the past, you will automatically receive the complete list and bidding procedure about 3 weeks before the live auction with instructions for bidding. Updates on the state of the bidding will be sent out, inviting additional bids until the closing date. Those not on email or the Internet may request a hard copy of the catalogue and make their bids by mail or phone. First time participants will need to register by emailing petriebooks@friendsofpetrie.org.uk and will then receive the book list and updates by email.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UK POSTAGE AND OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS ARE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PAY ANY VAT OR DUTY APPLICABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.
The live auction will be on Zoom on the 24th February 2026 and an email with a Zoom link will be sent to you before that date. If you are unable to join us but want to bid for a book(s) we can bid on your behalf.
