Our famous Friends of the Petrie Museum object handling sessions have returned!
Seminars take place from 11:00am – 12:30pm in the Petrie Museum, unless stated otherwise. All seminars
involve contact with museum objects relating to the chosen topic.
For object safety, attendance is limited to 8-10 places which are chosen by ballot. Please fill in the enclosed
ballot form by ticking the boxes for the seminars you would like to attend. Remember to put the dates in your
diary!
Please return forms by email (to: pmf@friendsofpetrie.org.uk), or if you prefer you can post your requests to
the Treasurer and Membership Secretary at the address below, marking your envelope ‘ballot’. You will be
notified by email or phone 10-14 days before the date of each Seminar if you have won a place, unsuccessful
applicants will hear nothing further. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible so
that someone else can be offered the place.
